GrimmSpeed Subiefest Midwest Convoy 2019

People of the Midwest rejoice! 2018 was the first year that a SubieEvents Venue had been scheduled within driving distance of us. The event did so well that it’s officially back for a second time!
Every year part of the GrimmSpeed crew ships our display and products out to the East or West Coast, packs their bags and flies out to a number of major Subaru events. For SubieFest MW however, we’re loading up our company van, a few cars, and hitting the road to Illinois (Route 66 Raceway in Joliet to be exact) and we want you guys to come with! The shows hosted by SubieEvents are comprised entirely of some of the best Subarus in the region so if you’ve never had the opportunity to go out to one, we highly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity.
Plans are subject to change, but the idea is that we meet at the GS warehouse on the morning of Saturday, July 20th, GrimmSpeed provides coffee and donuts, and we all hit the road convoy style. The show is the following day, then our crew will be making the return trek Monday morning. We’ve got a lot of show-related things to worry about so although we’re leading the pack, GrimmSpeed will not be coordinating anyone’s tickets or stay there so please plan your trip out personally.
Post up any questions/suggestions in the discussion along with a picture of what you’re planning on driving down there! We’ll have more information about the convoy as the event approaches. Spread/share the word to our local Subaru fanatics and let’s bring a piece of the MN Subaru culture out to Illinois!
