SUMMARY:Sport Hill Climb Revival - Demonstration & Car Show
DESCRIPTION:While the old Sport Hill Road race course in Easton\, CT has evolved into a multi-lane high traffic state road\, we still want to celebrate Fairfield County’s contribution to modern day auto racing as we know it.  Before the Indianapolis Speedway\, or even the Vanderbilt Cup closed course races on Long Island – there were Hill Climbs\, and none more popular than the one held right here in Easton\, CT.   \nOn Saturday May 24th\, the Fairfield County Region of the Horseless Carriage Club aims to tip our hat to those early autoneers and risktakers by hosting a demonstration and car show\, working with the town of Easton\, the Antique Automobile Club of America\, the CT Seaport Car Club\, and various other car clubs like the Model A Ford Club of America.   \nDETAILS:\n•	May 24th 10:00am – 2:30pm.\n•	Easton Public Library\, 691 Morehouse Rd\, Easton\, CT 06612.\n•	Free to the public.\n•	Ample parking.\n•	Accessible parking available.\n•	Library will be open for facilities.\nDISPLAYING your antique car (1890 – 1957) – CUT OFF YEAR = 1957:\n•	Free participation for all display cars.\n•	Cars 1900-1916\, pre-register (Text Only – Shenton @ 2 0 3 – 4 5 5 – 4 3 8 7).\n•	Cars 1917-1932\, arrive and park in priority lot.\n•	Cars 1933-1957\, arrive and park in general display lot.\n•	All parking is first come\, first served – Display gate opens 9:00am\, no earlier.\n•	Overflow antique lot at the Church at top of hill on Morehouse.\nDEMONSTRATIONS:\n•	Demonstration cars limited to 1932 and earlier\, unmodified autos.\n•	3 Demonstrations will be run at 11:00am\, 1:00pm\, and 2:30pm.\nhttps://fairfieldcountyregion.org/event-flyers
