Bravo to Busch!
It was one for the record books! Kyle Busch wins it. “Oh, yes! You guys are amazing,” Busch shouted after he crossed the finish line 3.823 seconds ahead of runner-up Martin Truex Jr. “I can’t thank you guys enough. Unreal! “This one’s very special. I don’t know if there’s anything that can top Homestead, just with the meaning of what the championship is. But the Coke 600 — I’ve dream't of this race since I was a kid. … “To be able to come out here and win the Coca-Cola 600, it’s a little boy’s dream come true. Man, I just want to say that I thank NASCAR, for one, for giving me the chance to come out here and have this opportunity to race for my dreams and to accomplish those things.”

We captured this 71 Plymouth Duster at the Mopar’s in the Park this past week. Here’s a few fun facts Kip shared with us. This car runs the quarter mile in 9.42 seconds at just over 147 mph. The engine kicks out 960 hp and runs on 110 premium fuel. The car weight is 3600lbs and….. he lets kids crawl inside to check it out when it brings it to shows.
